| Deposit A deposit of £80 is required for us to confirm your booking for bed and breakfast and £100 for the annex. A cheque payable to Melverley House or cash please. Cancellation policy In the event of you having to cancell your booking, please advise us as soon as possible. We will make every effort to relet the accommodation and if we are able to your deposit will be returned, less a £15 administrative charge. If we are unable to relet, then your full deposit is forfeited. We strongly recommend that you ensure that you have adequate holiday insurance cover. |
Arrival You are welcome to arrive at Melverley House at any time between 4pm and 7pm. If your arrival is likely to be outside these times, we would be grateful if you would notify us in advance. Departure Please arrange to vacate your room by 10.30am on the day of your departure. |
